Where is my data stored?

All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. If you delete the app, your data is permanently removed.

How do I back up my data?

Your TinyPractice data is included in your iPhone backup. Back up your device regularly through iCloud or your computer to protect your data.

I forgot my PIN. What do I do?

There is no way to recover a forgotten PIN. You will need to delete and reinstall the app, which will erase all data. We recommend backing up your device regularly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → TinyPractice → Cancel Subscription. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Open TinyPractice → tap Settings → tap "Upgrade to Pro." You can choose a monthly or annual plan.

Can I transfer my data to a new phone?

Yes. When you restore your new iPhone from a backup that includes TinyPractice, your data will carry over automatically.
